We’re proud to support World Mental Health Day with a programme of events here at Waterside. The day will focus on raising awareness around mental wellbeing and the role that movement, community and healthy lifestyle choices can play in supporting it. From engaging workshops to practical fitness sessions, our aim is to create a welcoming environment where members and guests can learn, share and take steps towards improving their mental health.
