Full Day Schedule
We’ve put together a packed schedule of activities for National Fitness Day, with something for everyone to get involved in. From masterclasses in weightlifting, powerlifting and HYROX, to engaging workshops like “Understanding Osteoporosis” and “Find Your Fit,” there’s plenty to learn and experience. Younger members can take part in kids’ athletics and movement sessions, while adults can enjoy our massage clinic, boxing bootcamp, and the chance to speak directly with our trainers.

We have one of the biggest swimming pools in Didbury. And it’s a good thing because it has room for Aqua, swimming lessons and lane swimming.
