Ruth teaches Vinyassa Yoga and Yoga & Relax sessions at the Waterside. The type of Yoga she teaches is Vinyasa Flow, it targets strength and flexibility in a 50:50 formula, which creates balance within the body and mind.

Brontë Smyth-Hyde

Brontë is a passionate Movement Facilitator with a focus on yoga and an evolving practice that will soon include Pilates. She is certified in a diverse range of styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Nada (Sound), Mandala, Yin, and Somatic-inspired yoga. This broad training allows her to lead creative and inclusive classes that foster embodiment, relaxation, and a deeper connection between mind and body.

Grounded in the belief that movement is medicine, her teaching weaves together breath, mindful movement, and motivating music to inspire strength, ease, and curiosity in every body. She consistently offers variations and designs her classes to be welcoming, accessible, and aligned with the natural rhythms of both self and the seasons.
