Elliot Waul
Elliot is a friendly individual who always has a smile on his face. He has a highly motivated, focussed approach to fitness and am passionate about making others look and feel great. Elliot is a qualified Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer with over ten years experience working in the fitness industry, he loves teaching METAFIT, Spin and most recently Raze.
Helen Farrow
Helen is a Power Specialist Master Instructor and a member of the Spinning UK & Ireland Presenting team.Her classes use a range of music and profiles to make sure over the weeks and months you get the most out of your training! Helen also coaches the Peak classes here offering more Power focused classes for those looking for structured cycle training.
Bob Ashworth
Bob's goal is to ensure that you enjoy yourself and no matter what your level, novice to seasoned spinner he wants you to come out of his lesson wanting more and coming back again and again. Bob knows sometimes the hardest thing is coming through the door and having a go.
Jason Bate
Jason is a 53 year old (now part-time) fitness professional with over twenty years experience. Although qualified in multiple disciplines he specialises in HIIT spin and pump workouts. HIIT (high intensity interval training) spin is a vigorous class that comprises of a series of sprints, approximately 6minutes in total, over a forty five minute class.
Carlotta Tocci
Fitness and wellbeing has always been Carlotta's way of living and she is looking forward to sharing her enthusiasm and passion with you all. She can’t wait to start and support you all on your fitness journey, whether you’d like a chat or are in need of any advice, feel free tospeak to her.
Dave Ainsworth
Dave loves teaching Spin and his aim is to make each class as enjoyable and as much fun as possible for every participant. However, at the same time he will encourage you to work to your full potential so that you leave the class feeling invigorated, maybe a little tired, but most importantly that you have got some way towards achieving whatever personal goals you have set for yourselves.
Glenn Mannion
