Stretch & Sculpt will leave you feeling strong, lengthened, and refreshed.
Stretch & Sculpt is a low-impact, bodyweight-only class that blends strength, mobility, and flexibility for a balanced, feel-good workout. This class focuses on sculpting lean muscle through controlled movements, while incorporating deep stretches to improve flexibility, posture, and recovery.

Dawn Sackett
You will always receive a warm welcome to Dawn's classes and her job is to help you on your fitness journey whether you are new to fitness or a seasoned exerciser. Dawn teaches a number of classes at the club including Fitball, Aqua, Stretch & Sculpt, Body Conditioning and Low & Tone. Dawn's advice is don't be afraid to try new things, not only will your body thank you but your mind will too.

Hannah Goulding
Hannah has been involved in group exercise for over 15 years. She has taught various forms of fitness from Aerobics, Dance, Step, Conditioning and Yoga
