Our Instructors

Hannah Goulding
Hannah has been involved in group exercise for over 15 years. She has taught various forms of fitness from Aerobics, Dance, Step, Conditioning and Yoga.

Ruth Goulding
Ruth teaches many sessions at the Waterside. The type of Yoga she teaches is Vinyasa Flow, it targets strength and flexibility in a 50:50 formula, which creates balance within the body and mind.

Vic Ellis
Vic is thrilled to be joining the team at Waterside and looks forward to sharing the transformative power of yoga with the community. She discovered yoga six years ago during a period of feeling disconnected and lost, and through consistent practice, she found greater clarity, self-connection, and a renewed sense of connection with others. This personal journey has inspired her to help others experience the many benefits of yoga in a welcoming and supportive space. Her classes are inclusive and adaptable, offering modifications for accessibility as well as variations for those seeking a challenge. Each session blends peaceful, introspective moments with energising flows, creating a balanced and enriching experience. She is excited to meet everyone on the mat and support them in their unique yoga journey.
